We have many years experience maintaining all types of properties. We have a sensitive approach to the needs of our clients and of the building. We are fully aware that some older buildings require special knowledge and skills to fully maintain and retain the character of the building.
Planned and Preventive Maintenance We offer maintenance solutions for all building including nursing homes, schools, colleges, universities, local government, offices, retail, industrial and housing associations.
We offer planned maintenance services in the form of maintenance and refurbishment cycles in order to fully or partly renew or improve properties to suit our clients' and the buildings’ requirements.
We also offer preventive maintenance carrying out necessary work before an element has failed with the intention of preventing or considerably reducing the chances of failure.
We appreciate the importance of delivering a project at the required time and within budget. Regular, effective communication and scheduling ensure that even the most complex arrangements will succeed.
Reactive and Corrective Maintenance We take pride in our ability to react and deal with challenges as they arise. We carry out corrective maintenance after an element has failed in order to reduce the effects of the failure and where possible restore the element to its original state or to a state which is acceptable, taking into account the current or proposed use of the building.

Project Co-ordination & Management Our office is fully staffed and we provide a central point of contact in the form of a project manager who will coordinate and direct our services. Our project managers are responsible for the management of both directly employed workforce and specialist sub contractors.
Our Management and Staff George Avis has Diplomas in Building Maintenance, Building Technology, Project Management, Project Cost Control and Contract Procedures.
Our workforce can calmly and effectively deal with emergencies by providing them with appropriate training and they will arrive on site as fully equipped as possible to offer a fast and effective solution.
