2009
30 Beech Road, Knaphill. First floor rear extension and internal alterations to form bedrooms. Floor area 11 sq m. Comments: The work was completed on time, the client was very pleased with the work and has recommended us to others.
11 Heatherdale Road, Camberley Dormer roof extension and internal alterations. Floor area 13 sq m. Comments: The client was very pleased with the work and commended many of our staff.
26 Bowden Road, Sunninghill. Two storey side extension, to form family room, utility room bedroom with en-suite. Floor area 30 sq m Comments: Work completed on time and client was very pleased with the work.
54 Arbor Lane, Winnersh, Wokingham. Internal refurbishment and construction of new bathrooms. Comments: Work completed in time for client to move into newly purchased property.
Colville Lodge, Lightwater. New garage and landscaping. Comments: Work was delayed when we found a hidden telecommunications system below ground. This had to repositioned before work could re-commence
27 Westgate Road, Newbury. Two storey and first floor rear extension to form bedrooms and lounge. Floor area 27 sq m
37 Kiln Road, Emmer Green, Reading Two storey side and rear extension to form to form new bedrooms bathrooms kitchen lounge and dining room. Floor area 158 sq m Comments: This job had a difficult start when it was found that the extension was being built over old chalk caverns. This was only realised was the work was underway and our structural engineer had to re-design the foundations to form a reinforced concrete raft over the caverns to spread the load.
The client was very pleased with the management and quality of our work and has passed on our name to many other prospective clients.
2 Treesmill Drive, Maidenhead Two storey front extension to form extended Cloakroom and bedroom above. Floor area 15 sq m Comments: Client was very pleased with the work and thanked us for "a splendid job carried out in good time, in a professional manner and for the help and support or our team".
2008
7 Langley Drive, Camberley Single storey front extension to form a porch, utility room and cloakroom. Floor area 13 sq m. Comments: Foundations had to be taken down to a depth of 1.5m because the ground sloped. Client recommended us to several friends.
15 Walmer Close, Tilehurst Single storey side extension to form a garden room, shower, utility room and porch. Floor area 34 sq m (400 sq ft) Comments: The foundations had to be taken down to a depth of 2m because of the close proximity of trees.
19 Harts Close, Arborfield Two storey and single storey extension, to form bedroom, bathroom, en-suite, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Floor area approximately 71 sq m, (835 sq ft). We also carried out some major ground work involving the removal of about 80 tonnes of soil and building a retaining wall. Access was particularly difficult, the work could only be accessed down a long alley way or through an existing garage Comments: The client was very pleased with the quality and speed of work and recommended us to their neighbours.
75 Hurst Road, Twyford Two storey side extension and single storey front and rear extensions, to form bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, WC, utility room, study, garage and porch. Floor area approximately 92 sq m, (1,088 sq ft) Comments: The client was very pleased with the quality and speed of work and recommended us to their neighbours.
77 Hurst Road, Twyford Two storey side extension and rear conservatory to form bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, WC, utility room and study. Floor area approximately 70 sq m, (760 sq ft) Work involved building over and around existing kitchen extension to keep a usable kitchen throughout the construction process. Comments: The client was very pleased with the quality of the work, the timeliness and the fact we were able to keep a usable kitchen intact throughout the project. Client recommended us to their neighbours.
105 East Park Farm, Twyford Single storey rear extension, to form dining room and study. Floor area approximately 18 sq m, (212 sq ft). We encountered a very deep drain and a manhole that fell directly below the corner of the building. Comments: The client was very pleased with the quality and speed of work and recommended us to their neighbours.
2007
30 Crail Close, Wokingham Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to form two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, utility room, music room and garage. Floor area 79 sq m (850 sq ft) Comments: Work involved vaulted ceilings and sound proofing to music room. Client commented that he was pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work and would be pleased to be a referee. They were also pleased with the administration of the contract.
11 Oldfield Close, Earley Single storey rear extension to form dining room, kitchen and utility room. Floor area 34 sq m (365 sq ft) Comments: Clients very pleased with work, they said we could offer them as a reference and that they had recommended us to their neighbours.
15 Harcourt Drive, Earley, Reading First floor side extension above existing ground floor extension to form extended bedroom. Work involved removing roof to existing ground floor extension, inserting steel beams and building above. The extension was designed by Excel design Ltd Comments: The client was very pleased with the work and said we could offer them as a reference.
50 Weybridge Mead, Yateley Loft conversion and two storey extension to form bedroom and en-suite, study and garage. Floor area 52 sq m (560 sq ft) Comments: Extensions were designed by Excel Design Ltd and incorporated a new staircase placed above the existing stairs to gain access to the loft conversion. The clients were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work and the administration of the contract.
2006
12 Sherwood Close, Bracknell Single storey extension and garage conversion to form Granny Annex comprising lounge, bedroom and en-suite. Total floor area 67 sq m (720 sq ft) Comments: Client was very pleased with the work. The work was also inspected by the FMB MasterBond inspectors and passed with flying colours

The Ridges, Finchampstead Two storey extension to form family room, bedroom, en-suite and dressing room. Floor area 72sq m (800 sq ft) Comments: Building designed by Excel Design Ltd. The original building dated back to the 1930’s and it was important that the design and quality of the work blended in with original design. The client was a local Member of Parliament and was pleased with the quality of the work and the administration of the contract.
2005

Floor area approximately 60 sq m (650 sq ft) Comments: Client very pleased with quality, timeliness and contract administration. Wrote a letter thanking us for the work carried out and offering to be referees.
